American pianist Kate Boyd has performed solo recitals at Schubert’s birth house in Vienna, National Concert Hall in Dublin, Musikhalle Hamburg, and additional venues. Her teachers included Gilbert Kalish, Arbo Valdma, and Arie Vardi. An educator and performer of new music, Ms. Boyd is on the faculty of Butler University and Interlochen Center for the Arts.
