Giorgio Moroder’s 1984 restoration of Fritz Lang’s Metropolis was a landmark in the history of cinema. Now, 40 years later, viewers are invited to experience the film in an entirely new way. 10 composers worked together to create a new score for this event, and their music will be realized live by pianist Jenny Lin (hailed for her “spectacular technique” by the Washington Post) and electronic specialist Drake Andersen.

Like all ICEBERG events, “Metropolis Reimagined” will feature an open bar happy hour and the opportunity to meet the performers and composers after the show.
