Join The Dream Unfinished, An Activist Orchestra in a live community reading of Frederick Douglass’s famous speech, which unpacks the paradox of patriotism against the backdrop of inequity. Featuring musical improvisation by violinist Josh Henderson, selections from Dorothy Rudd Moore’s opera based on the life of the famous abolitionist, and music by Margaret Bonds and Harry T. Burleigh.
