Singer/Actor/Dancer/ Choreographer, Tom Yang and pianist Terry Eder perform Franz Schubert’s great song cycle, Winterreise . “This famous setting of Wilhelm Müller’s poems is for me not as tragically dark as is generally known…but more of a fervent search for the light at the end of the tunnel. Irony and humour and hope abound in both the music and the text. There is a deeper force to be discovered…to transcend one’s joys andsorrows!” Trip’n’nWinter has been performed in Oakland, San Francisco, Paris, Avignon, Lille and Brussels…and this is its New York premier.
