Marta Cascales Alimbau is a pianist and composer from Mediterranean Barcelona, recently relocated to New York City. Her music blends classical elements with a contemporary, minimalist, and poetic sensibility, creating intimate soundscapes that invite stillness and wonder.

A rising voice in the modern classical scene, Marta made her debut with the legendary label Deutsche Grammophon and was featured on Nils Frahm’s Official Piano Day album in 2023. With over 5 million Spotify streams, her work continues to resonate with listeners around the world. She has performed at major venues including Piano City Milano and Kosmoskonzerte Berlin, and was selected for Creative Europe’s SLASH program and SXSW 2025.

Marta will be joined by Irene Labrador, a cellist also from Barcelona, for a performance of emotional depth and quiet beauty.
