A five, six, seven, eight…come on down and swing along to the best ragtime, stride, and jazz the Big Apple has to offer. With special performances on select Thursdays and sprinkled spontaneously throughout the season.

Larry Ham is a seasoned New York jazz pianist, composer, and arranger whose career spans performances, tours, and recordings with jazz legends and contemporaries alike. A former member of the Lionel Hampton Orchestra and Illinois Jacquet Big Band, he has appeared at major venues including Carnegie Hall and Jazz at Lincoln Center, as well as international festivals from Europe to West Africa. His acclaimed recordings, such as Presence, Carousel, and Just Me, Just You…, showcase his lyrical and masterful playing. As a U.S. State Department Jazz Ambassador, Ham has combined performance with education, sharing his deep knowledge of jazz around the world.
