Fearless Passion Featuring Masha Quint, Cello, Four Pianists and Others, at Carnegie Hall (Site)

The InterHarmony Concert Series marks its 15th anniversary season with Fearless Passion, an evening of music about love that risks everything. The program features Liszt’s transcription of Wagner’s Liebestod, Chausson’s Poème, inspired by a Turgenev tale of enchantment, and the Intermezzo from Granados’s Goyescas, alongside Ravel’s Tzigane, the fugue from Barber’s Piano Sonata, Shostakovich’s Cello Sonata, and Paganini’s one-string Moses Variations. Music Director and cellist Misha Quint is joined by two violinists and four pianists.
