Gediminas Karkauskas is a pianist who traverses both the jazz and classical worlds. In this performance, he is joined by double bassist Cormac O’Brien to bring audiences on a musical journey of contemporary original compositions and jazz favorites. They perform selections from Karkauskas’ Lost Suite, including the title work and “Not To Sugar Coat What Has Gone On Here,” as well as original interpretations of jazz favorites including Bill Evans “Waltz for Debby” and Cole Porter’s “All of You.”
