Tania Stavreva Presents New Compositions at the National Opera Center (Site)

Billboard Top 10 international multi-award winning artist and “Bulgarian-born piano dynamo” (Time Out NY) Tania Stavreva will present unique, exciting, accessible and inspiring program of new piano music written by composers from USA, Israel/UK, Bulgaria, France and Germany. The program will include a World Premiere by Marvin Fisher (1916-1993), the New York Premiere of “Miro’s World” by GRAMMY®-nominated composer Adam Schoenberg (1980), the World Premiere of Tango Etude Op. 66, No. 3 (written for Tania Stavreva) by Nimrod Borenstein (b.1969), the US premiere of “Bulgarian Dance” by Dr. Rainer Fabich (b.1958), also works by GRAMMY®-nominated Bulgarian (UK based) composer Dobrinka Tabakova (b. 1980), as well as works by Alberto Ginastera (1916-1983) and original compositions by Tania Stavreva (including world premieres). Doors Open: 8:00PM, Concert starts: 8:30pm sharp

Duration: 45min with no intermission. Private reception will immediately follow the performnace. This is very rare to find elsewhere program and seating is limited. Your ticket includes access to the private reception, meet and greet.
