His rise to international acclaim began with his victory at the prestigious 2018 All-Russian Music Competition\, propelling him onto the global stage with performances in cultural hubs such as New York\, São Paulo\, Paris\, and Buenos Aires. Described as a pianist of “refined seriousness\,” Ilya brings joy and light to his listeners\, whether in solo performances or chamber recitals across continents. \nA lifelong devotee to the art of music\, Ilya gave his debut concert as a child in Moscow and has since earned top honors in elite competitions\, including the 2019 Tucumán International Piano Competition in Argentina\, the International Piano Competition Alieva in Switzerland\, and the 2013 Jean Françaix International Piano Competition in France. \nIn 2024\, Ilya’s artistry will take center stage in a series of highly anticipated events\, with concert tours in Argentina and Armenia\, a debut at the Moab Music Festival in Utah\, and a performance at the International Keyboard Festival in New York. The New York concert will feature the world premiere of his own transcription of Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 6 in B minor\, showcasing his innovative approach to piano repertoire. \nSupported by scholarships from the US President at the New School in New York and the Chopin Foundation in Zurich\, Ilya has performed with leading orchestras in Switzerland\, Russia\, Argentina\, Uruguay\, and the United States. His mesmerizing live performances have been broadcast on Argentina’s National Classical Radio and NRK television\, solidifying his reputation as one of the most compelling pianists of his generation. \nBrea Marshall \nSoprano Brea Marshall is an accomplished vocalist currently pursuing her second year in the Professional Studies Diploma in Voice at Mannes School of Music at The New School\, where she studies under the renowned Arthur Levy. Known for her compelling performances and versatile artistry\, Ms. Marshall has brought a range of roles to life\, including Miss Jessel in Britten’s “The Turn of the Screw” and Girlfriend No. 2 in the world premiere of “Blue” by Jeanine Tesori and Tazewell Thompson at The Glimmerglass Festival. \nHer role in *Blue* was set to mark her Lincoln Center debut at The Mostly Mozart Festival in 2020; however\, this milestone was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the fall of 2023\, Ms. Marshall portrayed Donna Elvira in Mozart’s “Don Giovanni” with Mannes Opera\, earning acclaim for her dynamic interpretation. \nA passionate advocate of vocal performance beyond the operatic stage\, Ms. Marshall participated in Marilyn Horne’s prestigious “The Song Continues” masterclass series at Carnegie Hall\, further honing her artistry.
