Podcast and live radio collide in an exciting album release of the complete piano etudes of Philip Glass performed by superstar pianist Jenny Lin and broadcast live on the syndicated radio program Relevant Tones.

Relevant Tones: Live at LPR is a quarterly live broadcast of the internationally syndicated contemporary music radio program and podcast Relevant Tones, created and hosted by composer Seth Boustead. Broadcast on more than 250 radio stations around the world and available as a podcast, Relevant Tones is heard each week by more than 200,000 listeners.

The broadcast will be preceded by the Discovery Series, a process-oriented exploration of musical creativity. Three works have been chosen from a submission pool of more than seven hundred submitted from around the world and will be rehearsed in public in a Song Exploder format allowing the audience a sneak peak into the creative process of the composer.

About the Performer:
Jenny Lin is one of the most respected young pianists today, admired for her adventurous programming and charismatic stage presence. She has been acclaimed for her “remarkable technical command” and “a gift for melodic flow” by The New York Times. The Washington Post praises “Lin’s confident fingers… spectacular technique… “, “…surely one of the most interesting pianists in America right now…” and Gramophone Magazine has hailed her as “an exceptionally sensitive pianist”.
