Maxim Rubtsov has been principal flute of the Russian National Orchestra since 2003, and pianist Sergei Kvitko performed his solo debut concert at Weill Recital Hall in 2013. Together, they released the CD Russian Romance featuring scores from the Russian Imperial Collection of the U. S. Library of Congress.
