Longleash marks the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth with an innovative program featuring two of the composer’s celebrated trios alongside contemporary responses: Beethoven’s Piano Trios in C minor, Op. 1, No. 3, and D major, Op. 70, No. 1, coupled with John Zorn’s Ghosts (inspired by Beethoven’s “Ghost” Trio) and the premiere of a new work by Reiko Füting.
