Continuum 88, Part III: Etudes and Fantasies

This is the last concert of pianist Jihye Chang’s Continuum 88 Part III: Etudes and Fantasies. Etudes by Ligeti, Unsuk Chin, and Abrahamsen will be performed alongside new etudes by ‘ young composers from the states and abroad. Also included are two premieres of a new etude-fantasy written for the project and a fantasy by a NY based composer. Another NY based composer’s Fantasistucke, also written for the project, will be performed as well.
