Steinway & Sons releases the first definitive, complete recording of the solo piano compositions by the one of the greatest pianists of the 20th century, Artur Schnabel. Produced by Steinway & Sons in collaboration with the Schnabel Music Foundation, the album will be introduced at Steinway Hall in a short program performed by Jenny Lin, complemented by readings of Schnabel's letters by his granddaughter, Ann Mottier. A brief panel discussion will be led by David Plylar of the Library of Congress.Doors open at 6.30pm. The program will begin promptly at 7pm.
