Iván Fischer leads the Orchestra in Mozart’s Symphony No. 41\, Jupiter\, his final and grandest. The program opens with Symphonic Minutes by Ernst von Dohnányi\, a friend and compatriot of Bartók whose work was also influenced by Hungarian folk music.
